What credits are
Credits are the service’s internal units used to pay for building a website. They are not money: they cannot be exchanged for money, returned to the dollar balance or transferred to another account.
What a website costs
One website is charged:
- Basic — 6 credits;
- Premium — 10 credits;
- Elite — 25 credits.
What each plan includes is on the Pricing page.
How to buy
First you top up the dollar (stable) balance — in USDT through the payment provider Heleket. You pay the blockchain network fee; we pay the provider’s fee. A credit pack is then bought from the balance:
- Micro — 20 credits for $15;
- Start — 75 credits for $45;
- Team — 300 credits for $150;
- Holding — 1,250 credits for $500;
- Kraken — 4,000 credits for $1,400.
You can buy several packs at once. The dollar balance does not expire and is not refunded as money.
Expiry
Purchased credits never expire: they stay on your balance until you use them.
Bonus credits — those granted without payment (with a first purchase made through an invitation, under a promo code, as compensation) — may have an expiry date. It is stated when they are granted and shown in the dashboard next to your balance. We remind you of expiry 14, 7 and 3 days in advance; bonus credits not used by the expiry date are forfeited.
When a website is built, bonus credits with the nearest expiry date are charged first, then purchased ones.
When credits are charged
Credits are charged when an order joins the queue. The order’s plan determines exactly how many.
If there are not enough credits, the order is not accepted. For a staff member of a team workspace, an order is also not accepted when the limit set for them by the owner has been used up.
When credits are refunded
- Cancellation in the queue. Until the build has started, the order can be cancelled — the credits are refunded in full. A build that has started cannot be cancelled.
- Failure. If a website fails to build for a reason on our side, the credits are refunded in full and automatically.
- A niche we do not serve is declined before any charge: no credits are spent at all.
A finished website that did not turn out the way you wanted does not get its credits back: order a new build. We will review a disputed case in the “Feedback” section.
Archive
The finished ZIP can be downloaded from the dashboard any number of times for 14 days after the build, after which it is deleted. A downloaded archive stays with you.
Auto-buy
The owner of a team workspace can turn on the automatic purchase of a chosen pack when credits fall below a set threshold. It is off by default and can be turned off at any time. The pack is paid for from the dollar balance; if there is not enough money, the pack is not bought and the owner receives a notification.
API
API access is a 30-day subscription paid for from the dollar balance. Websites built via the API are paid for with credits at the same plan rates. With the first purchase of the “Team”, “Holding” or “Kraken” pack, the API is unlocked for 30 days free of charge, once per account. Auto-renewal is turned on only by you.
