Terms of Service

Version of October 27, 2026

The Provider, the operator of the Exstru service, offers any person (the “Client”) to enter into an agreement on the terms of this public offer.

1. Definitions

1.1. Service means the Exstru service: the Telegram bot, the web dashboard (in Telegram and in a browser), the application programming interface (API) and the website exstru.com, through which the Client orders websites.

1.2. Account means the Client’s account in the Service. After the first purchase of the “Team” Pack or a higher one, an account may be used by several people: the owner and the staff members the owner invites (the Team Workspace).

1.3. Stable Balance means the record, in US dollars, of the Client’s funds deposited in the Service. It is used to buy Packs, pay for the Subscription and carry out Auto Top-up.

1.4. Credits means the Service’s internal units used to pay for Generations. Credits are not money, electronic money or any other means of payment and cannot be exchanged for money.

1.5. Pack means a set of Credits sold at a stated price.

1.6. Bonus Credits means Credits that the Provider grants without payment: for registration, under a promo code, as compensation, as part of promotions and under the Referral Program.

1.7. Plan means a set of website features (Basic, Premium, Elite) and the number of Credits charged for one Generation under it.

1.8. Generation means the creation of a website by the Service on the Client’s order. The result of a Generation is an Archive: a ZIP file containing a static website.

1.9. Subscription means paid access to the API for 30 days.

1.10. Partner means a Client who invites new clients to the Service through a personal link under the Referral Program (Section 11). Referred User means a person who first signs in to the Service through such a link.

1.11. Referral Balance means the record, in US dollars, of the Partner’s commission, kept separately from the Stable Balance.

2. Subject Matter and Acceptance

2.1. The Provider grants the Client access to the Service, and the Client pays for it in the manner set out in this offer.

2.2. The offer is accepted by the first of the following actions: signing in to the Service, topping up the Stable Balance, buying a Pack or ordering a Generation.

2.3. Current prices for Packs, Plans and the Subscription are published on the website and in the Service.

3. Account and Staff Members

3.1. The Team Workspace opens after the first purchase of the “Team”, “Holding” or “Kraken” Pack and remains available thereafter at no additional charge. The account owner invites staff members; staff members spend the account’s Credits within the limits set by the owner.

3.2. The Client is responsible for the actions of all persons who use the Client’s account and API keys as for the Client’s own actions.

3.3. An API key is the Client’s confidential information. Generations ordered with the Client’s key are deemed to have been ordered by the Client.

4. Stable Balance

4.1. The Stable Balance is topped up in the USDT cryptocurrency through the payment provider Heleket. The top-up amount is specified in US dollars, and an invoice is issued for payment.

4.2. Funds are credited after the payment provider confirms the payment. The amount of the issued invoice is credited.

4.3. The blockchain network fee is paid by the Client. The payment provider’s fee is paid by the Provider.

4.4. If the Client has paid more or less than the invoice amount, or the payment has been blocked by the provider, the Provider will review such a payment at the Client’s request within 10 business days.

4.5. The Stable Balance does not expire.

4.6. Funds on the Stable Balance are non-refundable. The funds are used to buy Packs and pay for the Subscription.

5. Credits and Packs

5.1. Credits can be acquired only in Packs, paid for from the Stable Balance.

5.2. Purchased Credits do not expire and are not cancelled until the Client uses them.

5.3. Bonus Credits may have an expiry date. The expiry date is stated when they are granted and is shown in the dashboard next to the balance. Bonus Credits not used by that date are cancelled without compensation. The Provider gives notice of expiry 14, 7 and 3 days in advance; failure to receive a notice does not extend the expiry date.

5.4. For a Generation, Bonus Credits with the nearest expiry date are charged first, followed by purchased Credits.

5.5. Auto Top-up. The owner of an account with a Team Workspace may enable the automatic purchase of a chosen Pack when the Credit balance falls below a threshold set by the owner. Auto Top-up is off by default and can be turned off at any time; the purchase is charged to the Stable Balance and shown in the history. If funds are insufficient, the Pack is not purchased and the owner receives a notification.

5.6. Credits cannot be exchanged for money, returned to the Stable Balance or transferred to other accounts.

5.7. Details on charging and refunding Credits are set out in the Credit Rules.

6. Generation

6.1. A Generation is charged the number of Credits set for the chosen Plan. Credits are charged when the order is placed in the queue.

6.2. If the Client cancels an order while it is waiting in the queue, the Credits are refunded in full. A Generation that has started cannot be cancelled.

6.3. If a Generation fails for reasons on the Service’s side, the Credits are refunded in full and automatically.

6.4. Generation time depends on the queue load and is not guaranteed.

6.5. The Archive is available for download for 14 days after the Generation is completed and is then deleted. The Client is responsible for keeping a copy.

7. The Result and Rights to It

7.1. The Client may use the website received in any lawful manner, including publishing it, modifying it and advertising it.

7.2. Photographs on websites under the Basic Plan are obtained from stock photo libraries (Pexels, Pixabay) and are used under the terms of their licenses; under the Premium and Elite Plans, images are created by artificial intelligence. Texts are created with the help of artificial intelligence.

7.3. The website’s legal pages (privacy policy, terms of use, cookie policy and others) are templates for the website’s country and language, not legal advice. The Client is responsible for checking that the website and its content comply with the laws of the country where the website operates and with the rules of advertising platforms.

8. Acceptable Use

8.1. The Service creates websites only for lawful (“white”) niches. An order in a niche that the Service does not serve is declined before any Credits are charged.

8.2. It is prohibited to use the Service and the websites received for: showing different content to an advertising platform’s moderator and to visitors, or otherwise deceiving advertising platforms; fraud; the sale of prohibited goods and services; infringement of third-party rights; sending spam.

8.3. In the event of a breach of clause 8.2, the Provider may block the account and API keys. The Credits and the Stable Balance of a blocked account are cancelled without refund.

9. What the Service Guarantees

9.1. The Provider is responsible for the completeness of the website: pages, texts, legal pages, images, and the sitemap.xml and robots.txt files, as included in the Plan.

9.2. The Provider does not guarantee approval of advertising: that decision is made by the advertising platform. Search engine rankings, traffic and revenue are not guaranteed either.

10. API and Subscription

10.1. The Subscription is valid for 30 days; its price is published on the website and in the Service, and its cost is charged to the Stable Balance. The Subscription grants access to the API; Generations via the API are paid for with Credits according to the Plan.

10.2. On the first purchase of the “Team”, “Holding” or “Kraken” Pack, the account receives a 30-day Subscription free of charge once (the trial period). Subsequent purchases do not extend the trial period.

10.3. Auto-renewal of the Subscription is off by default and is enabled by the account owner. When auto-renewal is on, the cost is charged to the Stable Balance at the end of the period; if funds are insufficient, the Provider notifies the owner, and if the balance is not topped up within 24 hours, the Subscription becomes inactive. Without auto-renewal, the Subscription becomes inactive at the end of the paid or trial period.

10.4. While the Subscription is inactive, API keys are not accepted. The other functions of the Service — the Team Workspace, Credits, and Generations in the dashboard — continue to work.

10.5. The API limits the rate of requests. No fee is charged for individual requests.

11. Referral Program

11.1. The account owner may participate. Staff members of a Team Workspace do not participate. The Partner’s link is in the “Referrals” section of the Service.

11.2. A Referred User is assigned to a Partner once — on first signing in to the Service through the Partner’s link — and does not pass to another Partner. A person who already had an account does not become a Referred User.

11.3. The commission is 10%, and for an Official Partner 30%, of the amounts that the Referred User has spent from their Stable Balance on Packs and the Subscription, with no time limit for as long as the Referral Program is in effect. The commission rate is fixed for a Referred User at the moment they are assigned to the Partner and does not change afterwards: obtaining Official Partner status raises the commission only for Referred Users assigned after that. No commission is accrued on Bonus Credits, on top-ups of the Stable Balance without a purchase, on the part of a purchase paid with funds that the Referred User transferred from their own Referral Balance, or on purchases by clients invited by the Referred User (the program has a single level).

11.4. Official Partner status is granted by the Provider, upon an application in the “Referrals” section, to the owner of a platform — a channel, blog, website, school or media outlet — with a suitable audience. The Provider may refuse without giving reasons or request clarification; a refusal does not deprive the Partner of the 10% commission. The Provider may return the Partner to the 10% commission for Referred Users assigned after that, by notifying the Partner in the Service.

11.5. The commission is credited to the Referral Balance and remains pending for 14 days, after which it becomes available.

11.6. The Partner may use the available commission to:

  • transfer it to their own Stable Balance — immediately; a reverse transfer is not possible;
  • receive a payout in USDT on the TRC20 network upon request, from $50. The Provider checks the request and sends the payout within 3 days. A payout that has been sent cannot be cancelled. The network fee is paid by the Partner; its amount is shown before sending. The Partner is responsible for the correctness of the wallet address.

11.7. Commission is not accrued, and commission already accrued is withheld pending review or cancelled, if:

  • the Partner has invited themselves, a staff member of their own Team Workspace, or an account linked to them by the same top-up wallet or by other signs of being the same person;
  • the Referred Users’ accounts are fictitious or were created for the sake of the commission;
  • the link is distributed in breach of Section 8, the rules of advertising platforms or the law (spam, misleading advertising), or through search advertising on queries containing the name “Exstru”;
  • the funds for the Referred User’s purchase have been refunded.

If a payout has already been made, the Provider may withhold its amount from subsequent accruals. In the event of systematic breaches, participation in the program is terminated.

11.8. A Referred User receives Bonus Credits with their first Pack purchase; the amount and the expiry date are stated in the Service.

11.9. The Partner pays any taxes on the commission on their own.

11.10. The Provider may change the commission rate and the program rules by notifying Partners in the Service 30 days in advance. Amounts accrued before the change are retained. If the program is closed, the available Referral Balance may be withdrawn or transferred to the Stable Balance within 90 days.

11.11. The Referral Balance is not a deposit or electronic money; no interest accrues on it.

12. Liability

12.1. The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep it running without interruption but does not guarantee that there will be no interruptions.

12.2. The Provider’s aggregate liability to the Client is limited to the cost of the Credits for the disputed Generation.

12.3. The Provider is not liable for the decisions of advertising platforms and search engines, or for how the Client uses the websites received.

12.4. The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations due to force majeure.

13. Personal Data

13.1. The Provider processes the data required to provide the services: Telegram account data, company details from the order, payment and Generation history, and, for the Referral Program, who invited the Client, accruals and wallet addresses for payouts.

13.2. The data processed, the purposes, retention periods and recipients are described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms and Prices

14.1. The Provider may change this offer and the prices by publishing a new version on the website. The new version takes effect upon publication.

14.2. Credits already purchased keep their quantity and remain non-expiring. A change in a Plan’s price in Credits applies to Generations ordered after the change.

15. Requests and Disputes

15.1. Requests are accepted in the “Feedback” section of the Service. The response time is 3 business days.

15.2. Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the law of the Provider’s place of business, in a court at its place of business.
